Watch: Man charged in deadly Calgary bus crash

The woman accused of killing three passengers on a Calgary bus before fatally shooting herself has been charged with attempted murder, court documents show.

Sarah Gagnon, 33, of Calgary, is charged with three counts of first-degree murder.

The documents also allege that Gagnons boyfriend, 23-year-old Joshua Smith, shot Gagnson as he fled from the scene of the bus crash.

A police affidavit says Smith was later arrested.

“The victim and victim’s friend were involved in a road rage incident and Mr. Smith shot the victim in the leg with a firearm and killed the victim,” the court documents state.

Police are asking anyone with information on the case to call them at 403-266-1222.
