Man finds 3-foot-long rod in bathroom, pulls it out to remove it
A man has discovered a 3-inch-long metal rod in his bathroom that he says was intended for his wife’s bedroom.
The man, who asked to remain anonymous, found the rod in the shower when he was washing his hair on Thursday in the 300 block of East St. Clair Avenue in the Bronx.
The rod is covered in holes.
He has not been able to identify the woman who used it, and the couple was married last month.
He said he found the piece of wood on his bed the night before he got married and was upset.
He told The Associated Press he had a bad day, went to bed and woke up on the bathroom floor to find a metal rod on the floor.
He thought it was some sort of tool to keep his hair dry.
“I don’t want to get a tattoo,” he said.
“I just want to go to sleep.”
